All-Star Game Broadcast, July 10

The Oklahoma Eight-Man Football Coaches All-Star Game will be broadcast live on 107.1 KNID-FM and worldwide on the internet at www.CTBsports.com.
Kickoff for the All-Star Game is 7:00 p.m., the pregame show will begin at 6:30 p.m.
The game features the best high school seniors in Class B and C football. Click on http://www.okeightmanfb.com/files/2010allstar.mht for the All-Star rosters.
For the second year in a row, Matt Howell, Tom Nelson and Rick Evans will bring you all of the action from Miami. This year, the game will be played on the campus of Northeastern Oklahoma College. Last year it was played at Commerce High School.

CTBsports All-Star Hoops Teams

Chisholm Trail Broadcasting Sports is excited to announce the formation of its second annual ESPN Radio CTBsports All-Star Basketball Team. The 30-player roster is made up of the 15 best high school boys and 15 best high school girls players in Northwest Oklahoma, regardless of school classification. Coaches from the CTBsports listening area submitted their nominations to form this group of exceptional athletes.
“It’s amazing to see the exceptional talent in this part of the state,” said Chisholm Trail Broadcasting Sports Director Matt Howell. “The area coaches have once again selected a phenomenal group of athletes for this year’s All-Star team.”

These athletes will be honored at a banquet March 31, 2010, at the Cherokee Strip Conference Center in Enid. The dinner begins at 6:30, followed by the awards portion of the program. At the end of the night, the 2010 CTBsports boys and girls Coach of the Year will be announced.
The 2010 ESPN Radio CTBsports All-Star Basketball Banquet is open to the public. Tickets are $12 and can be reserved by calling the Chisholm Trail Broadcasting business office at (580) 237-1390. Reservations need to be made by March 25, 2010, at 5:00pm.

CTBsports Holds All-Star Banquet

Chisholm Trail Broadcasting Sports held its 2nd annual ESPN Radio CTBsports All-Star Football Banquet on Wednesday, December 16, at the Cherokee Strip Conference Center in Enid. We honored 24 of the best high school football players from Northwest Oklahoma and Southern Kansas with a dinner and awards ceremony.
At the end of the program, Garber’s Mark Harmon was named the CTBsports Coach of the Year, as voted on by his fellow coaches. Harmon led the Wolverines to the Class B State Title earlier this month. It was the second straight Gold Ball for Garber, who is 28-0 over the past two seasons.

*Each bowl game is given a point value, listed next to the game. Contestants will circle the team they believe will win each game. If neither team is circled, the contestant will not receive credit for that game.
*Contestant point totals will be determined by the sum of the game values picked correctly.
*Ties will be broken with the following criteria:
–1st Tie-breaker: Closest guess to the total points scored in BCS Championship Game.
–2nd Tie-breaker: Highest number of BCS Bowl Games (including BCS Championship) picked correctly

ENID, OK, December 2, 2009—Chisholm Trail Broadcasting Sports is excited to announce the formation of its Second Annual ESPN Radio CTBsports All-Star Football Team. The 24-man roster is made up of the best high school players in Northwest Oklahoma and Southern Kansas, regardless of school classification. Mid-South Regional Tournament

For the second year in a row, CTBsports.com and ESPN Radio 1390 KCRC will broadcast wall-to-wall coverage of the 2009 American Legion Mid-South Regional baseball tournament from David Allen Memorial Ballpark in Enid, Oklahoma.
Radio and internet coverage of the tournament is presented by Advance Food of Enid. For our Internet listeners, you can click on any of the KCRC, KXLS, or KNID buttons to listen to the live stream.
Tournament coverage begins Thursday, August 6 at 9:20 a.m. (central) as the Louisiana champion Peake BMW from New Orleans takes on the NP Dodge Wildcats, the Nebraska runner-up squad from the Omaha metro area.
At 1 p.m. Hattiesburg, Mississippi takes on Mid-South Region defending champion Jonesboro, Arkansas. The Oklahoma Outlaws from Midwest City will play Texarkana, Texas at 4 p.m. and the host squad Enid Majors will battle Shelbyville, Kentucky at 7:30 p.m.
The tournament continues through Monday, August 10. The winner of the tournament will earn a berth in the American Legion World Series in Fargo, North Dakota.
